High Zero Foundation presents Diffusion Festival series focused on electronic and multi-channel sound works.  The third event in the festival features works by:  Oaklander Madalyn Merkey, local fakir Twig Harper, HATAM and Nathan Corder.

More works may be added to this program.  Here are some details about the composers, and in some cases, their pieces:

Her translation, Two Schools of Electronic Music, is forthcoming from Die Schachtel.

Title: ob-jest

Ob-jest is an otherness ceaselessly fleeing in a systematic quest of desire — Julia Kristeva.

Supercollider sound synthesis & modular synthesisers are here the tools systematising the quest of a desire all too fleeting… the jettisoned object always seemingly within reach but never graspable.
