425 E. 31st
Street, Baltimore.
From
the North (Philadelphia, New York, and points North).
Take I-95 South to I-695 West towards Towson (Baltimore Beltway). Take
the Beltway to I-83 South (Jones Falls Expressway). Take I-83 to 28th
Street (to the left off of the exit ramp). Stay on 28th St. until Charles
Street. Make a left on Charles Street, then a right on 31st street.
Normal's will be on your right immediately before 31st St dead ends
into Greenmount Avenue.
From
the North (Harrisburg and points North).
Take I-83 South to 28th Street (to the left off of the exit ramp). Stay
on 28th St. until Charles Street. Make a left on Charles Street, then
a right on 31st street. Normal's will be on your right immediately before
31st St dead ends into Greenmount Avenue.
From
the South (Washington DC, Richmond and points South).
Take I-95 North to I-395, Downtown Baltimore. Take the spur downtown.
Once downtown, make your first right onto Conway Street. Soon after
(two lights) make a left onto Charles Street. Past Penn Station and
North Avenue the streets will start to be numbered. At 31st Street,
make a right. Normal's will be on your right immediately before 31st
St dead ends into Greenmount Avenue.
ALERT:
Charles Street is closed for construction between Mt. Royal and Lanvale.
Follow detour signs to Calvert Street (right on Mt. Royal, left on Calvert)
then take Calvert north to 31st St (Calvert runs parallel to Charles).
You may also take Calvert all the way North from downtown, turning left
off of Conway at Harborplace.
From
the West (Pittsburgh and points west).
Take I-70 East to I-695 South towards Glen Burnie (Baltimore Beltway).
Take I-695 to I-95 North. Take I-95 North to I-395, Downtown Baltimore.
Take the spur downtown. Once downtown, make your first right onto Conway
Street. Soon after (two lights) make a left onto Charles Street. Past
